The suites govern an organization's spend; ours is the same core discipline for a single operator who wants the paper trail without the platform.

Pick them when purchasing is a team function: many requesters, routed approvals by amount, budgets enforced against accounting, catalogs of preferred vendors. Neither publishes prices (Coupa is sized on users and volume, Procurify quotes per organization), so expect an enterprise sales cycle, and expect the platform to hold your spend data.
Pick ours when the discipline you want is the record, not the platform: define the standing requisition once, run it per order, and know every run is signed and readable forever, even if you later delete the requisition. Three requisitions with unlimited runs are free because capping runs would cap the only thing a requisition is for; $19 once lifts the cap and adds file reports. No sales call, no seat count, no spend data in anyone's cloud.

They are built for organizations with many requesters and routed approvals; both are quote-only enterprise sales. Ours is the single-operator version of the same record-keeping, and the free tier needs no sales conversation.

In ours the runs stay readable: deleting a requisition frees its slot but every signed run record remains. Deletion in the suites is governed by their own retention rules inside the platform.
