Our local MCP server compares two supplied lists by exact entity, supplier, currency, document type and reference. It retains original items, amount/date differences and repeated-reference ambiguity. It does not connect to an accounting platform or reconcile opening and closing balances.
AutoEntry's supplier statement documentation, inspected October 26, 2026, describes reconciling statements with uploaded purchases and resolving discrepancies. Choose an integrated workflow when extraction and your purchase records already live there. Our tool requires explicit structured open items and offers no extraction, account access or writeback. We did not run or benchmark AutoEntry.
The unlav-data-tools-mcp source README, inspected October 26, 2026, documents generic CSV reconciliation. A general exact-key tool can be a substitute when you define the keys and accounting interpretation yourself. Our narrow schema makes entity, supplier, currency and invoice/credit-note boundaries explicit and reports repeated references without inferred allocation. This is a documentary comparison, not a competitor runtime test.
Complete diagnostics, original source evidence pages and CSV are free for up to 1000 records per side. Three simultaneous saved reports are free; $19 once removes only the saved-report count cap, and the $39 bundle includes it. Input, output and storage safety bounds remain. Matching supplied rows is not proof of complete books, a correct balance or permission to pay.
